At garden bell corner, blue evening shone;

The basket answered softly by ringing their song.
“The question,” said Zylar, “was never just where.
It was whose small idea changed what we share?”
They turned the heart-card to its unpainted side—
And Alice named Zylar, with thanks and with pride.
One side held the memory: loft pulley ahead.
One side held the better turn Zylar had said.
They carried both pictures where garden bells chime—
The wrong place found the right thanks, exactly in time.
