The bell had left before the first count began,
Moving from view to view in Aydin’s careful hand.
Brandon stayed at blackberry arch; Aleea stayed beside butterfly station.
Lillian watched beyond apple-crate stage for the quietest things.

Five fingers opened. Brandon asked, “Who hears the bell?”
Aydin carried it onward; no answer had to match.
Four fingers waited. Aleea changed the question:
“Which place is listening when the brighter sound has passed?”

Five, four—arch and wing.
Aydin moved the bell; its pocket thread gave one soft ring.
Four, three—stage and sky.
Lillian asked, “What has not answered yet—and why?”

Three fingers folded. Two stayed open and near.
Five dew-bright berries held still where the clues stayed clear.
They had been the audience through every changing view;
No one had counted their silence as an answer too.

Three, two—notice the row.
Two, one—leave room below.
The audience became the final verse at last:
Five berries caught dawn while four friends changed the pattern.

Aydin brought the bell to the center, then let it rest.
Brandon pointed toward the arch; Aleea opened both hands.
Lillian made one final circle with finger and thumb,
Then opened the circle toward the quiet audience.

No one explained the gesture or filled the ring with words.
The berries held five dew-dots; the bell stayed unheard.
