Story
15.3 Baxter Badger — Approved Cameo Character Card Story Function: Baxter Badger is an approved occasional visitor used sparingly for child-safe friction, boundary testing, pushy energy, impatience, social pressure, or careless-but-repairable behavior. He can create a small wobble when a story needs a child to hold a boundary, ask for space, slow a rushed moment, name what is fair, or choose kindness without giving in. Baxter may be blunt, impatient, overly eager, or unaware of how his force affects others, but he must remain a child-safe character with repair potential. He is never cruel, frightening, predatory, violent, villainous, older-teen coded, or permanently mean. Canon Identity: Baxter Badger is an approved occasional badger visitor with stocky childlike proportions, black-and-white badger facial markings, gray-brown body coloring, and a sturdy rural outfit. He carries pushy, impatient, boundary-testing child energy, but he remains young, understandable, and capable of repair. Baxter should read as a child who needs help learning tone, patience, fairness, and gentler social timing—not as a bully, villain, predator, monster, older teen, or dangerous outsider. Visual Lock Summary: Baxter is a stocky anthropomorphic badger child with clear black-and-white badger face stripes, gray-brown fur, rounded childlike body, strong but small paws, and a sturdy practical outfit. His body may look solid, grounded, and blunt, but never adult, threatening, muscular, predatory, or rough. His markings should be recognizable as badger markings without becoming scary mask-like face pai
